Privacy Policy

Effective Date: May 17, 2026

OnClock ("OnClock," "we," "our," or "us") is developed by Haider Ali. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the OnClock mobile application (the "App").

1. Information We Collect

OnClock is designed to keep your work data private. Your shifts, jobs, notes, pay settings, and app preferences are stored on your device and, if you enable iCloud, can sync through your personal iCloud account.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

OnClock does not use third-party advertising, third-party analytics, or cross-app tracking. We do not sell your personal data.

3. How Data Is Stored

Your work data is stored on your device. If iCloud sync is enabled, Apple may store and sync your data through iCloud/CloudKit for your Apple ID. iCloud availability and security are governed by Apple's iCloud terms and privacy policies. Optional work ID images are stored locally on the device where you add them and are not synced by OnClock.

4. AI Insights

OnClock may provide private work insights based on your saved shift history. These insights are intended for convenience and personal organization. They are not financial, tax, legal, payroll, or employment advice.

5. Account Deletion and Data Deletion

You can delete your OnClock data from inside the app. Deleting app data does not automatically cancel an active App Store subscription; subscriptions must be managed in your Apple ID subscription settings.

6. Children's Privacy

OnClock is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
