These Terms of Use apply to your use of the Fat2Fit mobile application (the "App") from ForgeByte Lab. By using the App, you agree to these Terms and Apple's applicable App Store terms.

1. Fitness and Health Disclaimer

Fat2Fit provides fitness, nutrition, progress tracking, and coaching tools for general wellness and personal organization. The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified health professional before starting a new fitness or nutrition program, especially if you have a medical condition, injury, allergy, or dietary restriction.

2. Estimates and AI Content

Calories, macros, exercise guidance, food analysis, recipes, workout plans, and AI-generated content may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing app outputs before relying on them.

3. Subscriptions and Purchases

Premium features may require an active subscription or in-app purchase through Apple's App Store. Billing, cancellation, renewal, refunds, and subscription management are handled by Apple under your Apple ID settings.

4. Your Content

You are responsible for the workouts, meals, photos, notes, and other content you add to the App. Do not upload or store unlawful, harmful, or rights-infringing content.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected functionality, or use the App in a way that violates law or another person's rights.

6. Apple Standard EULA

Unless we provide separate license terms in App Store Connect, Fat2Fit uses Apple's Standard End User License Agreement for apps distributed through the App Store.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fat2Fit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ForgeByte Lab is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
