Before You Contact Support

• Subscriptions: Manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings under your Apple ID subscriptions. Apple handles billing and refunds.
• Apple Health: Open the Health app or iOS Settings to review which health categories Fat2Fit can read or write.
• Apple Watch: Make sure your watch is paired, unlocked, nearby, and running the latest available watchOS version.
• Camera or photos: Confirm Fat2Fit has camera and photo permissions if progress photos, food scanning, or barcode scanning are not working.
• Notifications: Check iOS notification settings if reminders or streak alerts are not appearing.

What to Include

When possible, include your iPhone model, iOS version, Fat2Fit app version, a short description of the issue, and screenshots or screen recordings that show the problem.
